Amalthea Duo

AMALTHEA flute and harp duo enchants the audiences with its distinctive programmes  and ability to create a beautiful atmosphere and a unique blend of sounds.


Classically trained  Klio and Siobhan draw inspiration from the Baroque, Classical and Contemporary eras as well as from different cultures and continents and thus reaching a wide and diverse audience. AMALTEHA has toured with  Pounds Arts, Artsreach and Villages in Action  and has appeared  in Festivals and Concert Series such as Brighton Festival, Deverills Festival, Hurst Festival, Adur Arts Festival,  King's Lynn Music Society, the Royal Chapel Concert Series and St Luke's concert series  amongst others.


Passionate about music education Klio and Siobhan have also  adapted their programmes in order  to reach children of all ages and backgrounds. They have performed for the critically acclaimed family series 'Bach to Baby' and tour regularly for Classical Music Rocks, a non profit organisation  which brings live classical music into the schools of West Norfolk.
